We have 4 sizes of standard plants – mini, small, medium and large.
Our mini is a 7.5cm – 9.5cm pot, small is a 10cm – 12cm pot, medium is 13cm – 15cm pot and large is a 17cm – 20cm pot.
At times, we also have large and mature plants that can be delivered within Melbourne metro only or contact us for special orders outside this zone.
Yes, when you are purchasing from our rare section, the exact plant will be posted.
If you are purchasing from our indoor foliage range, it might not be the exact plant but it will be as similar to the photo as possible.
As plants are living and each one unique, please allow for small variations in colour and size.

We ship to all non-quarantined States, using our Courier network and Australia Post.
Your delivery options will be offered at checkout for you to make your selection.
We ship potted only.
We want to deliver a healthy, happy plant so prefer to keep the plant in the pot.
However, occasionally we ship bare-rooted. This is for ease of delivery and in this case, we choose only more robust varieties that will be secured inside a pot.
We may also ship some selections from our Rare plants without a pot, for example if you are purchasing a rare cutting.
No, we do not ship to PO Boxes
The packaging will keep your plants secure, so it is not necessary for someone to be home.
Plants are left on doorsteps unless otherwise specified.
For the health of your plant, it’s ideal that it spends as little time in packaging as possible.
We ship on a Monday and Tuesday for your plants to arrive in that week. This is to avoid plants in transit over the weekend. Although sometimes this cannot be avoided.
Orders close Sunday 12pm for the week ahead. Orders after Sunday 12pm will be added to the following week’s postal list.
returns & cancellations
If there is an issue with your plant, we will find a solution but we do not accept returns.

We will require photos of the plant so we can see it’s condition on arrival.
We guarantee the plant leaves us happy and healthy. If there is an issue, we wish to find the source of the concern and work to ensure the issue does not occur again.
