We have spent time ensuring your plant or product is happy, healthy and packed away securely on dispatch.
On arrival of your new plant, follow the opening instructions to ensure your plant is not damaged.
It could take up to a week or so for the plant to adjust to a different environment so give it a little time.
As we cannot guarantee the safe return of a plant to us, we do not offer a return or exchange option. However, if you have a problem, please:
- Contact returns at email@example.com immediately outlining the problem.
- Provide us with your order number and photos
- We will contact you and agree on the outcome
Any refunds/credit notes will be made to the original payment method.
Plants should not be posted back.
