The couriers pick up from Planted & Co and deliver straight to the specified address.
We want this process to be seamless so we know the plants arrive happy. 

We give the couriers authority to leave the package in a safe spot, so your job is to please:

– ensure correct address, 

– ensure access to the property 

– ensure a safe place to leave the gift. 

Unfortunately, our couriers set a redelivery fee should a second or third attempt need to be made. This fee is often around $20 and is passed on to the customer.
Prior to this occurring, when possible we seek your permission to do so. So please provide your contact phone number under the ‘billing details’ section at checkout in case we need to call you on the day.
